Warm up:

3x5 Wall squats
3x10 Overhead squats
2x Lunges with overhead reach
3x5 Jump squats

Strength:

15 Minutes Front squats

1 Rep max

WOD

Complete 4 rounds for time:

6 TGU 16/12kg (3 each side)
400m Run
