Warm up:

500m Row
3x10 Lunges forwards and backwards with weight
3x3 Push press

Strength:

20min Strict press 3x4 @80%
Then WU/BO 2x3

WOD

8min AMRAP:

9 Toes to bar
12 Push ups on dumbbells
5 Farmers carry 30/20kg
