Warm up:

500m Row
3x5 Passovers
3x Bear

Strength:

20min Strict press 3x3 85% 1rm
Then 2x3 Pause reps at 65% 1rm

WOD

12min AMRAP:

3 Power cleans
3 Box jump overs

Increase box jumps by 3 reps each time
