3x5 Passover
3x10 OHS
3 rounds with 20kg bar
6 Deadlifts
6 Bent over row
6 Hang power cleans
6 Thrusters
6 Push press

10min Clean and jerk tech

EMOM for 10min 1 Clean + 2 Jerks

WOD

12min AMRAP:

Person 1- 10 Push ups
                15 Box jumps
                20 Swings 24/16kg

Person 2- Rest
