CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 10/01/14

Warm Up: 
Every Minute on the minute: 10 mins. 
ODD:5 strict pull ups 
EVEN: 5 hspu (stirct if possible) 

Then

4 rounds (not for time)
12 gymnastic leg tucks
12 shoot throughs after each set. 

Note: Aim for slow transition  

WOD: 18min time cap:

75 toes to bar. 

Every ODD minute complete 6 burpees. 
Every EVEN minute complete 4 power cleans@60/40
