Warm Up: 

Shoulder/chest smash with med balls 3 x 20 sec  
3x10 passovers                   
3x3 behind the neck split jerks

Press: 

Push Jerk 10min work up to 60% 1rm

10min EMOM 2 Push jerks @ 60%

WOD

3 rounds for time:

25 Wall balls
25 Swings
