Warm up:
5 Rounds
15 Hollow rocks
5 Strict pull ups
30sec Handstand hold
Skill:
Muscle up progressions
WOD
Complete 10 rounds for time:
3 Power cleans
10 Handstand push ups
Each round reduce HSPU's by one rep
