CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 11/02/13

Warm up:

3x10 Hollow rocks
+ 3x5 Goblet squats
3x Bear
     Rabbit
     Tiger

Strength:

15 minutes Back squats

6 Rep max

WOD

Complete 7 minute AMRAP for max weight and reps:

1 Deadlift
1 Hang clean
1 Shoulder to overhead

Each round increase the reps by one
