Warm up:

Junk yard dog
Burgener
2xKing kong (movement not the Workout!)

Strength:

25 Minutes to complete the following:

3x1 Clean and jerk @80%1rm
3x1 Snatch @70%1rm

WOD

12 Minute AMRAP in pairs:

P1- 5 Deadlifts 100/70kg
      10 Push ups
      200m Run

P2- Rest
