3x10 Hollow rocks
+ 60sec FLR hold
3x10 Passover
3x10 Overhead squat

Skill:

5 minutes Double unders

Strength:

15 Minutes Push jerk

2 Rep max

WOD

Complete 5 rounds for time:

5 Deadlifts 100/70kg
10 Burpees over bar
35 Double unders
