3x10 Passovers
3x Inch worm with press
5min Double under practice

Strength:

15 minutes Push jerk 5x1 @90% 1rm

WOD

10 minute AMRAP:

Odd minute Double unders

Even minute Swings 24/16kg

Only the largest consecutive double unders will count towards your score.
