CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 15/04/13

Warm up:

3x Bear
     Rabbit
     Tiger
3x5 Goblet squats
3x5 Squat jumps

Strength:

15 minutes Front squats 3rm

WOD

Complete the following 8 minutes for max reps and weight:

OTMEM 1 Squat clean to overhead

6 Push ups
9 Squats
(in the remaining time)
