Warm up:

3x Bear
     Rabbit
     Tiger
3x10 Squats
3x5 Goblet squats

Strength:

15 Minutes Back squats 1rm

WOD

Complete five rounds for time:

500m Row

Rest 1:1 = the same time it takes to complete the 500m
