Warm Up:                   

Rock Back Breathing  6 Breaths (slow) 
Russian Swings          3 x 5 (fast)

Deadlift:            
                 
1 Rep EMOM - 10min @60%1RM

WOD: 

Partner Wod 10 minuets 

Person 1- 200 meter run 

Person 2- FLR Hold
