CrossFit Huntsman Workout of the Day 31/03/14


Deload week

Warm Up:

Spider man stretch 3x15 sec (ES)
klokov press in bottom of snatch 3x3
or close grip overhead squat 3x3                           
Dead hang snatch  3x3                                  
2 sets of 3 part snatch 

Olympic Lifting:

60% of week 11                  

1 snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 deadhang snatch x 8

Squats:                

Back Squat                    
2 Reps EMOM - 10min @60%1RM
