CrossFit Huntsman Workout of the Day 05/04/14




Warm Up:                    

10 min easy pace row or 1 mile run 
2 x Wall Squats 
2x10 Squats
2x5 Goblet Squats 


15 minutes to work up to a working weight : Clean and Jerk 

WOD: 

20 min EMOM 

ODD: 4 Clean and Jerk (focus on technique) 

EVEN: 10-15 Box Jumps
