CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 06/08/13

Warm up:

3x5 Wall squats
3x5 Goblet squats
Dynamic hamstring stretch
3x5 Swings
3x5 Squat jumps

WOD

Complete 5 rounds for max distance:

2 Deadlifts @ 80% 1rm
5 Broad jumps (individual max effort)
