3x3 Snatch drop
3 Position snatch

Strength:

15min Snatch 5x2 @ 75% 1rm

WOD

14min AMRAP:

Person 1- 5 Handstand push ups
                10 Box jumps
                15 Swings 24/16kg

Person 2- Rest
