Warm up:

3x10 Passover
3x Bear
2x Inch worm with press

Strength:

20min Strict press 3x2 @ 90% 1rm
then back off to 65% 1xMax reps

WOD

Complete 8 rounds for time:

5 Burpee box jump overs
10 Push ups
15 Squats
