After struggling to get 70kg over my head on Friday night little boy is quite accurate!Looks like work is stopping me tomorrow morning.....hopefully be there in the evening

Still being cautious of my back so went light on both c&j and WOD.WOD at 50kg with green band which quickly became blue band. Awful strict pull up strength!7 ish minutes, fitness creeping back slowly!
