Hahaha.....mind you after that session I think we all deserved a tub of that
Front squat 4 rep max = 115kgComplete four rounds for time:200m Row10 Dumbbell hang squat cleans 2x10kg20 Dumbbell lunges 2x10kg 9:18 (i think) legs are now smashed.....a week without doing a wod is a long time in crossfit terms!
My glutes are still very sore a day later...
