Warm up:

3x Bear
     Rabbit
Dynamic hamstring stretch
3x5 Swings

Strength:

15 min Deadlift (Heavy)

1rm off 2" blocks

Complete 3 rounds for time:

10 Deadlifts @ 115% BW
25 Box jumps 24"/20"
