CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 21/06/13

Warm up:

3x5 Wall squats (5sec pause)
Dynamic hamstring stretch
3x Bear
     Rabbit
3x5 Swings

Strength:

Deadlift 1rm

Then

"Jonescrawl"

3 rounds for time:

10 Deadlifts @ 115% BW
25 Box jumps (step down)
