Warm up:

20-12 Hollow rocks
+ 30sec Handstand hold

Skills:

Kipping (pull ups and knees to elbows)

WOD

10min AMRAP:

2 Cleans (full) @ 50/35kg
2 knees to elbows

Increase reps on each round by 2
