CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 21/09/13

Warm up:

2x Inch worm with press
3x10 Passover
3x10 Band pull aparts

Strength:

Work up to heavy double Floor press
Then back off to 60% for 2x RP sets
Max reps/30sec rest/Max reps/30sec rest/ Max reps

WOD

5 rounds for time:

10x Push press 60/40kg
200m Sprint
3min Rest
