CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 04/01/14


Warm Up: 

Shoulder/chest smash with med balls 3 x 20 sec  
3x10 passovers 
3x5 clap push ups

Press: 

push jerks       
15 mins heavy 2            

10 mins : 5x2@90%

WOD: 
10 ground to over head 65kg                  
20 toes to bar           
30 burpees                
10 power cleans 65kg       
20 knees to elbow    
30 burpees                 
10 deadlifts 65kg
20 sit ups
30 burppees
