                           Ring dips (no measure, focus quality of movement)
                           Then
                           Working with a partner: 20-10 Hollow rocks
                           While partner hold FLR(swap after each set)

             1 min: Pistols/Air squats
             1 min: Down&Ups
             1 min: Goblet squats 24/16
             1 min: Toes to Bar
             1 min: Rest
