CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 09/11/11

TGU recovery

Complete five rounds:

6 TGU (3 each arm)

60sec FLR hold

Then 15min AMRAP:

10 Push ups
10 Box jumps
200m Row
Results
(special mention to keith who pushed himself to a great result!)
