CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 18/11/11

"Killer Row"

10 Rounds:

1 minute row
1 minute 10 push ups
               10 Forward jumps (over rowing machine)

Every miss = 1 30/30 of:

Squats
Push press
Box jumps
Arm swings
Row
with active rest in between

A miss = not completing more than 270/250m on the row
               or not completing the press ups and jumps within the minute

Results
Special mention to Paul who did not receive one penalty

Rowing machines are waiting
