CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 15/11/11

21, 15, 9 reps of the following:

Power cleans 60kg

Ring dips

For every break in the dips you must complete 10 Box jumps before carrying on.

Results

Jack and Neil, head to head.  
Everyone realised the large difference between 50kg and 60kg in a WOD
