CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 02/12/11

15 minute AMRAP:

10 Single arm snatches (5 each side) 24/12kg

10 Pull ups

200m Run

    Front Squat 4 Rep Max (15 time cap)

    Went for 70kg, failed, so went for 60kg and got it. 65kg next time then 70kg will happen!

    200m Run

    Pull ups slowed me down, big time......
