CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 05/09/12

Five rounds for max reps of:

3min
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Lunges

1min Rest between rounds

Advanced programme

3min
5 Push press 50kg
10 Pull ups
15Lunges

1min Rest between rounds

    'Don't drop the ball!!'

    In 7 minute window
    A) Row 1000m

    in remaining time complete as many reps as possible

    B) Wall Balls – every time you rest for longer than 5 seconds, drop the ball or no rep you must perform 5 burpees before you continue the wall balls!!!

    Score is the number of Wall Balls performed

    Rx'd 10kg ball, 10 foot target

    Score - 37

    10 penalty burpees, 1 lot a mistake, the other from a weak mind :(

    5 x 50kg push press, 10 pull ups, 15 lunge version = 444 reps

    Breathy and no skin left on my hands :)
