2x Inch worm with press

WOD

Complete three rounds for max reps and distance


30sec Row
30sec Rest
30sec Box jumps 24/20"
30sec Rest
30sec Row
30sec Rest
30sec Push press 30/20kg
30sec Rest
30sec Row
30sec Rest
30sec Box jumps 24/20"
30sec Rest

2 Minutes rest between rounds.  On the second round exercises change round, 2 rounds of push press 1 round of box jumps.
