CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 08/09/11

Three rounds for time:

20kg Dumbbell waiter walk, 100m right arm

30 GHD sit ups

20kg Dumbbell waiter walk, 100m Left arm

30 Back extension

Andy: 21.01
Enzo: 20.01
(With ABMAT instead of GHD sit ups)

Waiters walk, simple but very effective!

Andy demonstrating a good position of the weight.
