2nd WOD 12min AMRAP:

10 Box jumps

200m Sprint

Richard: 7.44 (30), 7 rounds
Sasha: 5.40 (25kg 20-5 DL & 10 PR), 10 rounds

On todays WOD a lot of people suffered with their grip strength, through the use of an odd weight and they learned how critical good technique is in strength and endurance!
