CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 13/09/11

Four rounds for time (minus rest time):

3 70-80% 1RM Deadlift

12 Burpees

3 70-80% 1RM Deadlift

12 Box jumps

Rest 3 minutes between rounds

(if you have time and your form is good carry on to 8 rounds!)

Andy: 8.56 (90kg)
Enzo:  6.12 (90kg)
