CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 16/09/11

Five rounds for time:

5/10 Pull ups

35 Double unders

200m Sprint

Claire: 12.09 (100m sprint, 40sec skip)
Paul: 11.58 (40sec skip)


Images:  Wednesdays "chipper" (to make burpees even harder add a target and skill!)

Enzo: with full hip extension on the arm swings
