CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 12/06/12

12min AMRAP:

5 Front squats 60/40kg

10 Box jumps

15 Press ups

200m Run

    Great work from everyone in the 5:30 and 6:30 classes tonight!!

    Tomorrow is my last WOD before 10 days of alcohol, bad food and laying around during the day and getting to bed in the early hours....so I am going to do the main page wod before I leave :)

    For time:
    Run 1600 meters
    150 Double-unders
    50 Burpees
    Run 800 meters
    100 Double-unders
    35 Burpees
    Run 400 meters
    50 Double-unders
    20 Burpees
