CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 21/06/12

"The Chief" (modified)

Five 3min rounds of:

2 Rounds 3 Power cleans 60kg
                6 Push ups
                9 Squats

With whatever time remaining Row for max distance

1min Rest between rounds
