  2. so after nearly two weeks of no crossfit, copious amounts of alcohol (today being my first sober) and junk food I was considering taking up darts.....so I had to ease myself back in with a light WOD at home.

    5 rnds for time:

    400m run (200m hill sprint and back down)
    15 x 24kg KB swings
    15 x Press Ups

    Untimed as I would have cried!

    Anyway, someone is at the door and it looks like he works for Domino's ;)
