Complete four rounds for time:

40cal Row

10 Box jumps

10 Wall balls

10 Push ups

  1. A big thank you to everyone today for my Birthday WAD. Still very slow and my hamstrings are killing me by trying to row properly - but at least I have done my second WAD doing full box jumps (believe me ..... I had a serious mental aversion to them).
    Great doing the WAD today with Paul; Mike and Darren. Big thank you to Chris for organizing it.
    The reason I love crossfit is a) the exercise which changes each day in a safe environment and b) the people I train with are so great ... it is a pleasure to turn up.
    Now I am 40 ... need to change diet. Bit less Guinness me thinks.

    PS Target - by end of the year - do one unassisted pull up.
