CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 11/07/12

Four rounds for time:

200m Run
2 rounds of "Cindy"
5 Pull ups
10 Press ups
15 Squats

  1. Push Press 6RM - didn’t push for past previous 6RM as rehabbing shoulder and working on better technique = 55kg, felt comfortable.

    WOD - started as rx'd then had to drop the pull ups after the first round as my hands are a mess.

    No dramatic dismounts from any equipment before I had left....

    Push Press 6RM - 80kg (not a pr and didnt want to push it)
