Complete five rounds for time:

50 Double unders

15 Swings 24/16kg

15 Sit ups

    Shoulders were still smashed from yesterday so my DU's fell apart a bit on this one.

  2. Couldnt do back squats cause of back issue.

    7:28 first 3 rounds of DU's were shocking, took my nano's off and flew through them :(
