Dynamic hamstring stretch
3x Bear
20 Leg swing (each leg)
3x5 Swings
Strength:
15min Deadlifts 3x8 @ 70% 1rm
WOD
Complete 5 rounds for time:
10 Push press 50/35kg
15 Toes to bar
20 Squats
The end of "E-Caf"
