CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 08/02/12

Complete five rounds for time:

3 Hang power snatch 50kg

3 Power snatch 50kg

3 Overhead squats 50kg

50 Double unders

On each round reduce the double unders by 10

    Strict Press 2RM - 45kg, equal PB, failed at 47.5kg on the second rep, just couldn’t quite lock out :(

    WOD @30kg

    I did reach full depth on that OHS in the picture I promise…unless that was the one I dropped!

    Pleased with the DU's and all on about 2hrs sleep so could have been worse!
