10 Lunges

    Very happy with that after dismal Wednesday WOD effort.

    Front Squat 5 x 6 @ 90% 6RM - 52.5kg

    WOD Rx'd.....until I realised my rowers screen had run out battery....200m on the treadmil as a sub from rd 2.

    The treadmill takes a while to get to speed but thats just an excuse...the push press slowed me down the most!
