CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 18/02/12

12 minute AMRAP:

6 Thrusters 40kg

8 Burpees over bar

200m Run

    Only managed 4 rounds of todays WOD (8:30 i think) and back seized up, it doesn't like running WOD's still.
