"Bear complex" (taster)

7 sets of each movement:

Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push press

5 rounds for time and weight

15 minute time cap

  1. i am so tempted to come in today but i need to listen to my body. I have been walking around the London Underground like Forrest Gump on crutches!!

    Mobility work at home i think would be the right thing to do :)
