    Good to be back to a morning class again!

    5 x 6 @ 90% 6RM = 35kg I have missed loads of strength days recently but this felt ok

    Please with that, I hit this in Nov for 15mins and got 6 rds + 5 pull ups so only 20 reps away with 5 mins less!

    'Power Cindy' 6 rnds + 14 reps

    Still feel pretty fatigued from last week and getting over a cold so struggled tonight....would like 7 rounds minimum on this.
