Burgener

10min Clean and jerk (emphasis on the split jerk)

Strength:

10min 6x2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 80-85% 1rm

WOD

8 minute AMRAP:

Person 1- 20 Swings 24/16kg
                30 Double unders

Person 2- Rest
